What is Seasonal Yoga?

Seasonal Yoga blends traditional yoga with the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Throughout the year, particular energies are more dominant and particular organs of the body are more active. By choosing specific postures and movements appropriate to the time of year, we will stimulate the energy lines associated with the organs that require attention. I think we can forget that we are animals, adaptable and susceptible to the changes in our natural environment. We are living in an increasingly fast paced world, far removed from our innate cycles and rhythms. A seasonal yoga class will leave you feeling re-aligned,  balanced and nourished.
